We’re continuing our focus on sustainability this month with a special class on Orange or Skin-Contact wines! 

This style of wine may be trendy, but in fact, it’s thousands of years old - and the vast majority of wines made in this method tend to be produced sustainably and in a low-intervention manner. We’ll showcase the origins of this style of winemaking before exploring some of our favorite examples from Latin America, all while discussing how orange wines are both variable in style  and incredibly versatile when it comes to food pairings.
