We’re partnering with Chef Jordan Miller of DCEatings for a special one-off dinner exploring coastal Iberian cuisine with some amazing wine pairings. These countries have thousands of miles of coastline, and both are famous for vineyards right up against the ocean, so it’s a perfect match! We’ll be exploring classic regions such as the Basque Country, Jerez, and much more, so you won’t want to miss this.
Jordan started her own boutique private chef company called DCEatings in 2019 - before that, she was a food blogger and recipe developer, a writer at Spoon University, and worked at Pineapple Collaborative, a former events company focused on celebrating and amplifying female voices in the food, beverage and hospitality spaces. Her culinary repertoire goes across regions and styles, and she always emphasizes seasonality and local, fresh ingredients.
Our Iberian Seafood & Wine Dinner is at 6PM on Thursday, June 18th in Grand Cata La Cosecha. Tickets are $120 per person and include 5 courses with wine pairings. Hasta pronto!
