We’ll be hosting Alex Davis of Forager Imports who will lead a class all about Vermouth, featuring two countries that are particularly famous for it - Spain and Italy! We’ll be unpacking how Vermouth can be much more than a cocktail ingredient, and showcasing some incredible examples of this increasingly popular beverage category. Expect to learn about the various styles, producer histories, and much more!
