To wrap up Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re welcoming in a very special guest to showcase a few classic desserts across the Latin American world. Gaby Montes de Oca is the founder of Tepui Culinary Experiences, and a member of the James Beard Foundation’s Legacy Network - a program that trains emerging leaders across the culinary industry and connects them with future generations. We’ll be pairing these desserts with some incredible dessert wines - world famous styles or production techniques that can go back hundreds of years, but are often underappreciated and misunderstood. Gaby will be bringing the culinary knowledge, and we’ll be supplying some delicious pours of wines!

Class is in session at 3PM on October 11th, 2025 in our Shaw Flagship. Tickets are $40 per person and each includes 3 desserts with 3 paired wines. This is a one-of-a-kind event with just one session, so if you have a sweet tooth, make sure you attend!
