Join us at our Shaw Flagship on December 17th as we invite Colin Snyder of Ethica Wines to showcase one incredible producer from Piemonte: Cordero di Montezemolo! This famous estate first started producing wine in 1340, and is still family-owned 19 generations later. Today, they are certified fully organic, and work with grapes like Nebbiolo, Barbera, and many more. Class participants will learn all about winemaking history, techniques, and styles present in Piemonte while getting the opportunity to try some wines that are all-new to Grand Cata!
