After decades crafting iconic vintages for Susana Balbo and Bodega Norton, Edy and David launched PerSe—a passion project devoted to uncovering the purest expression of Mendoza’s terroir.

They will guide us through an intimate tasting centered on the renowned Monasterio vineyard in Gualtallary’s Uco Valley. Sitting at extreme altitudes with unique limestone soils, Monasterio is celebrated by critics worldwide as the absolute frontier of fine Malbec. This masterclass will be hosted on Tuesday, October 20th in our flagship in Shaw at (6:30pm), tickets are only $30 per person and you will sip the following wines:
