Join us on November 13th for a special collaboration with Chef Jordan Miller of DCEatings where we are going to be showcasing a five-course fall dinner with some incredible wine pairings and discussion led by our Grand Cata staff.
Jordan Miller started her own boutique private chef company called DCEatings in 2019 - before that, she was a food blogger and recipe developer, a writer at Spoon University, and worked at Pineapple Collaborative, a former events company focused on celebrating and amplifying female voices in the food, beverage and hospitality spaces. Her culinary repertoire goes across regions and styles, and she always emphasizes seasonality and local, fresh ingredients when possible.
This dinner will take place at Grand Cata Shaw on November 13, 2025 and start at 5:30PM. Tickets are $115 per person and include 5 courses and matching wine pairings. The menu is entirely gluten-free, but we cannot make any substitutions.
