Do you love Champagne? While we don’t often highlight it at Grand Cata, we do love a glass every now and then. Whether you love Champagne or you’ve only had one glass in your life, we can all agree that it is a beverage that remains fiercely captivating, complex, and delicious. 

So, without further ado, we are launching a special one-off event at Grand Cata: Champagne Laurent-Perrier and Latin-Hispanic Cheeses!

Join us on September 4th at 6PM in our Shaw Flagship for a unique sensory discovery of the Maison Laurent-Perrier by pairing wines with cheeses from Latin America and Spain. We’ll be featuring a lineup of exquisite Champagne paired individually with cheeses that are core to Grand Cata. Molly Finnegan, our local Laurent-Perrier representative, will be on hand to lead the class and answer all your questions about the deep history and complex production methods behind Champagne!

Tickets are $59 per person. Each ticket will include 4 glasses and paired snacks. Only one session available, so you will not want to miss this!
