School is back in session on Thursday, February 8th at 7pm with the visit of Sebastián De Martino, owner of Chile's iconic producer De Martino.
The De Martino family arrived to Chile from Italy (one of the reasons we carry Italian wines) in 1934, establishing old world wine traditions in Chile's viticultural paradise.
They have become a classic and innovative producer. They've established modern and historic winemaking traditions, from the use of temperature control fermentations to the use of clay eggs "viejas tinajas." De Martino works in classic wine regions around the capital of Santiago and extreme northern and southern climates in Chile.
The class will cover De Martino's history in shaping Chile's wine industry. We'll taste their signature Bordeaux style wines and newcomers such as a dry farmed, old vine Carignan, Malbec, Dry Muscat, and Cinsault.
Join us for a master class kicking off "el mes de los enamorados" in style. Limited seating in our communal table, purchase tickets NOW, only $25 per guest.
