The Summer heat has arrived to DC and we have just what you need to take care of that powerful thirst. Tonight, Friday we will showcase in our #DailyCata a gem from Southern Chile, all natural, fresh, delicious and naranjo...orange!

We'll be pouring Cacique Maravilla Vino Naranjo a masterful skin macerated orange wine made of Muscatel and Corinto...unfilter, cloudy, aromatic, layers of fruits, herbs and spices, a wine full of character that pairs perfectly with grilled meats. 2016 was a wet cold year in southern Chile, thus this wine was affected by noble rot that add's another layer of complexity.

This Saturday we continue to pour natural wines from Chile, this time we will showcase Esperando a los Bárbaros cold climate Malbec located just south of Casablanca Valley. This wine is fresh, bright with refreshing acidity that will leave your palate salivating and asking for a second and third glass. In the summer we enjoy our reds chilled, and outdoors soaking up the sun and taking care of that powerful thirst! Then we have a brand new Sémillon blend Chileno from Vinos Fríos del Año by Jofré with a shade of orange on the glass, austere, complex, with amazing texture and long elegant finish.  #DailyCata starts at 3pm.

Then on Sunday for all cider lovers we have a refreshing sidra chilensis to quench your thirst! We'll be pouring in our #DailyCata Quebrada del Chucao, vintage 2015, Brut Nature (no sugar added) sparkling cider from the deep south of Chile. We believe this cider is one of the best ciders in our shop that you need to taste! See you on Sunday starting at 3pm to continue the celebration of Verano Naranjo al Natural.
